RDA and Vanwise/Carwise Group ring the bell

​The highly successful and fast growing Vanwise group were looking to recruit some new blood in to the sales team. Declan O'Driscol the MD was looking for a number of new sales executives for the newly expanded Harlow dealership. He wanted recruits who had not worked in the industry previously to enable him to train them in his own brand of customer care and focus, the group are famous for. RDA held a group recruitment event followed by a two day sales training and induction to the Vanwise customer focused sales process carried out by RDA senior trainer and consultant Ken Palmer.

The results were staggering with 31 interviewees attending the session and 8 candidates being offered positions.
